We believe that our mechanics are the best in the business with 150 service vans in the field and factory trained annually to work on your equipment. We utilize a state of the art computer dispatching and tracking system which enables us to quickly locate and dispatch our mechanics to customers' locations. This guarantees the least amount of downtime and the most productivity.
At Briggs Equipment we understand the cost of downtime, that is why we provide our customers with 24 hour a day 7 day a week service.

Briggs Equipment leads the market with $3,000,000 in parts inventory. All locations are electronically linked to ensure the quickest parts delivery. We average an 80% fill rate for same day delivery and 96.5% for 24 hour delivery for any part within our market area.
Our Parts Department offers:
- Parts for Yale, Taylor, Trackmobile®, Ottawa, Genie and Upright
- We also provide parts for competitive equipment through the Premier Parts Program
- We utilize a computerized CD-ROM parts catalog to look up and locate all parts
- All branches are electronically linked to enable lookup and transferring of inventory
